One of the largest Oracle ERP upgrades in Australia if not global. An upgrade Project duration of 18 months with very challenging and difficult issues due to the database and transaction size. Fusion Apps built and delivered the Transition engine to migrate and synchronize data between the old environment and the upgraded production. Go-live was achieved as a result within the timeframe and budget allocated.

Fusion Apps implemented Oracle E-Business Suite with over 12 operating units in a time frame of 6 months. We were able to re-use solutions previously built for Dept. Commerce ensuring that cost, risk and duration were minimized.

An upgrade of Oracle ERP E-Business Suite from 11i to R12, delivered within the set period of 4 months. A small Fusion Apps team ensured the upgrade, testing, re-working and subsequent training all aligned to the project goals and customer expectations.
